DJGPP overview

DJGPP is a 32-bit development environment for DOS, created by Phil Katz, the author of the PKZIP compression utility. It's a port of the GNU C/C++ Compiler (GCC) and is designed to provide a powerful development toolkit for DOS applications, bridging the gap between modern C/C++ programming and the aging DOS operating system. DJGPP version 2.05 features enhanced C++ support with improved compatibility for modern C++ standards, updated libraries offering better functionality, and numerous bug fixes to enhance overall performance and stability.
