    When i installed this project as App and i switched on the app it doesnt send message to the caller and it turned off automatically

    Yes, sending SMS directly is restricted by Android in the latest versions. Please try using intent instead id sending SMS directly. String number = "PHONE_NUMBER"; startActivity(new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW, Uri.fromParts("TEXT_TO_SEND", number, null)));
