Any employee from the company can place an order for any stationary item. The request made is then authorized by someone in the department. The request then forwards to the HR department which finally authorizes it according to the stocks available. The person placing the order must be able to see the status of his order along every step of the process. The HR department has access to the stocks and should update it with every transaction. Also it can acquire new stocks. History of all requests and their proceedings should be stored as well. According to the level of user of the software, all employees will have a permission level such as none, authorize from department, authorize from HR department.
