Module 1: Initiation of recruitment processInitiation of Recruitment process involves three users Employee, Unit Head and HRRecruitment officer.Employee/ Unit Head: Create vacancy request which specifies how many vacancies areopen and create vacancies is to specify the details about those open vacancies. Vacanciescreated by employee is expected to be approved by unit head.HR Recruitment Officer: Creates placement consultant who will provide candidates for theopen vacancies.HTML, CSS & JavascriptHome page/Login Page:Design an HTML page. A home page for your application that briefly explains about createvacancy request, create vacancy and create placement consultant. Create HTML Page foruser can login to the application. Have valid user name and password for user and validatedetails using javascript. Make sure that style is applied to the page using css and validationsare done using javascript.Create Vacancy Request Page :Create HTML Page/ web page where user has to enter employee id andnumber of vacancy for raising a vacancy. Employee id is a numeric value. number ofvacancies is a numeric value which is between 1 to 100.Intro to web, Master Page, Web controlsCreate a web application and add html page, Images,style sheet and javascript to the webapplication. Then add all the pages given below as aspx pages.All the pages created in the application should have the same look and feel. Add commonheading and common footer message and an image that can be displayed on the page(UseMaster page and inherit pages from master page and add the required content from theabove created page to the content template)Create Vacancy Page:Create web page to create vacancy. Design a page to create vacancy . Thepage should accept the no. of positions,skills, experience, location, businessdomain,Required by date.Create Placement Consultant Page:Create web page to create placement consultant. The page should acceptplacement consultant's name, location, password, confirm password.Validation and web events, Navigation & ThemesCreate Vacancy:In create vacancy page.No of position should be between 1 to 100. Skillsshould be selected using drop down. Experience should be between 0 to 20 years. Domainshould be auto populated. Domain is the domain of the employee who has login to thesystem. Display India as domain.Required by date should be validated using javascript. Experience & no of position should bevalidated using validation control.Include an option Fresher/ Experienced in the page. If fresher is selected then experience ispopulated as 0. Otherwise receive experience from user. This should be implemented usingeventCreate Placement Consultant:In create placement consultant's page controls should be validated using validation controls.Password format validation should be done using javascriptNote:1. All the input control in the pages should have a common style. (This can be done usingThemes)2. The above pages are separate. So have links common across pages which will enableeasy navigation
