ONLINE ELECTION SYSTEM PROJECT project description

this project has an (1) ADMIN who manages the election and (2) his STAFF(Election-Comity) who will help him to manages all requirement needed in the election system, (3) VOTERS who must be registered in this system,those are registered are allowed to vote. (3) There are CANDIDATES(Nominees) who will have account in this system and voters vote them according to the choice of voter. Look the Details: USERS: 1. ADMIN:  Registration: {Id (is a primary key); User_Name; Password  Login: {User_Name; Password }  Manage Election_Comity: {Access to Election_Comity Form; It means that ADMIN has access of doing what the election_Comity_User can do, as we see to the Election_Comity_User all functions he/she can perform in our system.}  Update Profile: {Admin has access of: Add,Delete and Update (Nominees,Voters,Election_Comity_User) Information.}  Approve Election: {To post date of election , To post the final list of Nominees.}  Add/Update Advertise: {To post Conditions and Requirements about election.}  Details Of Votes:{ This is the form which displays those conditions and Requirements about election. Admin has permission too of access to that form.}  Calculate of votes: {System/Application calculate all vote-records and it calculates all vote-Records in percentages.}  Declare Results:{Post/Declare out all those vote-Records in percentages where everyone can see those all records.} 2. Election_Comity:  Registration: {O_Id (is a Primary Key) ; O_Name; Address; Email; Username; Password}  Login: {Username; Password}  Update Profile: {Election_Comity_User has access of: Add,Delete and Update (Nominees,Voters) Information.}  Add/Update Advertise: {To post Conditions and Requirements about election.}  Nominee (Candidate) Registration: {Candidate must ask the permission of Signup to Election_Comity, and Election_Comity give him/her permission of access to the form of Candidate Registration.}  Details Of Votes:{ This is the form which displays those conditions and Requirements about election. Voter has permission too of access to that form.}  View Results: {This is the form which displays the results after the declaration of Vote_Records done by the Admin and Election_Comity. Voter must have access to view the results.} 4. Nominee/Candidate:  Login: {N_Id; Password}  Update Profile: {Nominee can ask the permission of Add and Update his Information to Election_Comity, and the Election_Comity give him/her the Access of doing that.}  Nominee (Candidate) Registration: {[N_Id(Primary key); Name; Designation; Contact_No; Address; Photo; Description; Password; O_Id( Foreign Key from Election_Comity)]. Candidate must ask the permission of Signup to Election_Comity, and Election_Comity give him/her permission of access to the form of Candidate Registration.}  Details Of Votes:{ This is the form which diplays the conditions and Requirements about election from Admin. Nominee has permision too, of access to that form.}  View Results: {This is the form which displays the results after the declaration of Vote_Records done by the Admin and Election_Comity. Result:  This is a table in database which store the results and other situation related to the Results!  We Have {R_Id (Primary Key); Total_Vote; N_id (Foreign Key from Nominee); O_Id(Foreign Key from Election_Comity)}
