Conference Management System is a web application project that will organize the participant data and the submission form for the Conferences on various topics. The participant from all around the world will just need to register first and then completed the submission form in the web application to submit their proposal. During the registration, the user can choose which statuses there are which the status is included Administrator, Presenter, Participant and Program Committee. The entire participant for this conferences will has an ID for them so when they want to update or edit the submission form, they just used their ID to access their account in this website. This web application will store all the data according to its privileged user. The administrator can view all of the data. But if it only the participant, its can only view its own account only. By using this method, it can increase the security of the data. If some department or company is organizing the conferences event and its target audience is all around the world, they can used this web application to get participant much faster, easy and more systematically organize the data even though it is from other country. Before this, the submission form from the conference’s presenter were manually submitted using the courier service or by the post-mail which is tedious and very risky from being damaged or loss. In this project, this web application will help the organizer of the conferences to organize the participant data as well as their submission form. It also will make the submission faster than ever. Therefore, it will make the data of the participant can be view more systematically by the administrator or organizer.
