Financial Highlights It calculates Original Pension and Commutation of a person by taking his last pay that was given to him before retirement By using this Formula Original Pension = Last Pay * Length of service * 7 / 300 Commutation = 35% of original pension * 12 * 17.0050 And Total Pension after adding Increments and Other Allowances in Original Pension Operating Highlights Ø If the Length of service of a person is More than 30 years then ignore it And consider only 30 years as a Length of service of his life. BUT if his Length of Service is less than 30 years. Then write it as they are. Ø The commutation will be paid only at the 1st year of retirement. And the Pension that will be paid 65% of original pension every month only for 1st year with addition of other Allowances that’
