Tea Factory Stock Management System project in C# .NET.

The purpose of this project is to demonstrate the use of computer technology in stock management were the Stock can be managed by employee who needs only some basic knowledge about how to operate a system to ensure this the project is built with better GUI. There is a separate form for each type of stock to be entered like leaf entry, leaf used, wood entry, wood used, fuel entry, fuel used, tea powder produced, tea powder sold. Each employee is assigned a user name and password so that the employee can log in and enter the stock entry and used details, I case if the employee has forgotten the password the employee can change the password by entering the verification code which will be received in the user’s email. The authorized employee can enter the stock which is entered to the factory and can also enter the stock which is used from available stock, during the entry of the stock most of the details about the stock will automatically generated so this reduce the time which is taken to enter the details by the employee of the factory. In stock entry, it also checks whether the stock entered is of good quality and it satisfies the standard of the Tea board. The employee can view the available stock in each and every field which will be produced based on entry and used stock. In available stock the employee can view how much stock is available in the particular field and estimate of what can be done with the available stock will be displayed. In tea powder available the availability of tea powder in each grade and the total amount to tea powder present will be displayed. The employee can view reports on every entry and usage of the stock, the stock entry between specific date can be also viewed in the report.
