Help Us in Tracking Bugs. Report Immediately! This project has 3 modules like Administrator, User, Technical expert. 1. An Administrator can assign various reported bugs to different Technical Experts and update the status of bugs. 2. A Technical Expert can give comments on the Reported Bugs and try to fix them. 3. A Normal User can sign in for Reporting Bugs to the Sofware Management Team. User modules and function of Bug Tracking System

We will implement the following functionalities in the JSP Bug Tracking System Project:

Admin module functionality below: 1. Admin Login, Logout. 2. Admin can view bugs 3. Admin configure different Technical Experts for different Teams for a particular Software Product. 4. Admin can add experts Technical expert module functionality below: 1. Technical experts' login, logout 2. Technical experts solve user bugs 3. Technical experts provide satisfactory comments on bugs. User module functionality below 1. User can register, login 2. User can report a new bug 3. User can bug report issue status

JDK 8.0 Apache Tomcat 8.0 MySQL 8.0 Eclipse Neon

Hardware requirement to run this project

1. Laptop OR Desktop. 2. Minimum 4GB RAM. 3. Minimum 100GB HDD .

How to install the project?

After you finish downloading the project, unzip the project file.

1. Download and Unzip file on your local system.

2. Open Java Eclipse->File->Import->select project folder->Ok

3. Configure Apache Tomcat server in eclipse and project.

4. Configure database connection.

5. Right click on project and click as Run as-->Run on server.

6. My all project mysql database connection credential is Username - "root" & Password - "root"

How to import database?

1. Open MySQL Workbench.

2. Create database according to downloaded project folder database name.

3. Import database file in created database in mysql workbench.
