Step 2: Cut the HOSTELPORTAL folder and paste it into htdocs folder in xampp
Step 1: open xampp server and run mysql and click on admin
Step 2: in browser phpmyadmin would open and in that create new database and give name as model
Step 3: after that click on import and import the model.sql file from database
